Etenia Mullins Bio

Etenia is a neurodivergent author and poet. She now creates content to educate her peers and community about financial policies and events. When she isn't writing, she makes Sunday dinners for her family. 

Elizabeth Upshur Bio

Elizabeth Upshur is a Black Southern writer and guest on Tsalaguwetiyi land in the South. She is a proud Fulbright alumna to Benin, and serves her literary community as the Co-Poetry Editor at Okay Donkey Mag. She is also a contributing editor at The Seventh Wave,  reviews editor at ANMLY, and social media manager for the forthcoming The Loveliest Review. Her work can be found at Pretty Owl Poetry, EcoTheo,  storySouth, Colorism Healing anthologies, and others. She was a 2022 semifinalist for the Granum Prize, a 2021 finalist for the inaugural Samuel R. Delaney Prize, and the 10th annual Gigantic Sequins flash prize.  She tweets @lizzy5by5 and is always down for dessert. 

EDUCATION

Etenia Mullins and Elizabeth Upshur are both undergraduate alumna of Austin Peay State University. Elizabeth holds an MFA from Western Kentucky University and Etenia recently earned her  masters. They are both currently talking themselves out of a Ph.D.
